Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique, where a practitioner places their hands lightly on or above a person to channel “universal life force energy” (Rei-Ki) to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing. By balancing energy flow, positive shifts are felt in the clients, physical, emotional and spiritual fields.

Reiki Classes

Usui Reiki Classes are available upon request and provided privately or in a group environment.

Levels 1, 2, 3 are taught separately within the Traditional Usui guidelines
